With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, President and owner Bill Rapaich founded Top Shelf Builders in 1986. Prior to that, Bill worked in the industry since the mid-70's. Bill is a Charter member of the Wolf River Builders Association (WRBA) and is serving as their current President. He has been active in this organization since it was started in 2003.

Bill is also on the Board of Directors for Wolf River Habitat for Humanity, currently serving as the Vice President.
